At INTRED, we provide professional logistics, mobility, hospitality, guest management, rental, and project services. This
Booking Policy outlines booking timelines, payment terms, express service conditions, and special circumstances to ensure
smooth planning and service delivery.

By proceeding with a booking, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
❖ GENERAL BOOKING REQUIREMENT
▪ All INTRED services must be booked in advance based on the service category outlined below.
▪ Booking requests are only confirmed upon receipt of required payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
▪ Booking timelines are designed to allow adequate planning, sourcing, mobilization, and quality service delivery.
❖ SERVICE-SPECIFIC BOOKING TIMELINES
A. Boats, Beach Houses & Short-lets
▪ Must be booked a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours before the intended time of use.
This applies to:
➢ Boat cruises and marine transport
➢ Beach houses, beachside villas, and leisure rentals
➢ Short-lets, Air BnB, apartments (Accommodation)
➢ Late bookings may be declined or treated as express bookings, subject to availability and premium pricing.

B. Cars, Dispatch, Protocol & General Services
▪ Must be booked a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours before the intended service time

This includes:
➢ Car rentals and chauffeur services
➢ Dispatch and logistics services
➢ Airport protocol and guest management
➢ Hospitality support and mobility services
Bookings made less than 24 hours to service time are subject to availability and may attract premium or non-refundable
terms.

C. Project-Based Services
▪ Projects require a preferred minimum notice of three (3) weeks prior to commencement.
This allows for:
➢ Planning and coordination
➢ Staffing and logistics
➢ Budgeting and execution timelines
▪ Exceptions may be made for shorter notice periods:
➢ Subject to feasibility
➢ May attract express or premium charges
➢ Approval is at INTRED’s discretion
❖ PAYMENT TERMS
▪ Full or agreed part payment must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before service commencement.
▪ For projects, payment terms may include:
➢ Upfront deposits
➢ Milestone-based payments
➢ Final balance before execution
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval and written confirmation.
❖ EXPRESS BOOKINGS
▪ Clients may request express or last-minute bookings.
Express bookings:
➢ Are subject to availability
➢ May attract premium pricing
➢ Do not guarantee avoidance of delays caused by operational, logistical, or external constraints

INTRED will make best efforts to deliver express services but will not be liable for delays arising from short notice bookings.
❖ FESTIVE PERIODS & PEAK SEASONS
During festive seasons, public holidays, or periods of high demand:
▪ Service rates may increase
▪ Availability may be limited▪ Early booking is strongly advised

Clients are encouraged to:
▪ Book well in advance
▪ Confirm exact service times early
▪ Expect possible delays due to high request volumes
❖ BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
▪ Required booking details are submitted
▪ Payment terms are fulfilled
▪ Confirmation is issued by INTRED via email, WhatsApp, or official invoice
❖ RELATION TO REFUND POLICY
▪ All bookings are subject to INTRED’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
▪ Failure to meet booking timelines or payment terms may affect refund eligibility.
